How to move your Lovable app to Claude

Last updated: October 28, 2026

If you already pay for Claude, you can rebuild your Lovable app there and publish it with Arovas. Changes stop costing credits, and the app keeps its link, its data and its sign-in. It takes a short chat.

Before you start

You need Claude with Arovas connected (the connector guide shows how) and access to your Lovable project.

Step 1: get your app's code

In Lovable, connect your project to GitHub. From GitHub, download the code as a ZIP file. You don't need to understand it: Claude reads it for you.

Step 2: give it to Claude

Open a chat in Claude, attach the files and ask:

  • “This is an app I made in Lovable. Rebuild it with Arovas so it works the same, and show me a preview.”

Step 3: compare and adjust

Open the preview next to your Lovable app and go through each screen. Ask for whatever is missing in your own words. These changes don't cost anything in Arovas.

Step 4: bring your data

Arovas doesn't copy data from Lovable on its own yet. If your app has records you want to keep, do this:

  • Download each table as a CSV file from where your data lives in Lovable.
  • Ask Claude to add a screen, only for you, to load that CSV into the new app.
  • Load the files, check the records and ask Claude to remove that screen.

Step 5: publish and share the new link

Tell Claude to publish it. Share the new link with the people who use your app, and when everything works, cancel your Lovable plan.

What doesn't move today

Arovas is for tools with screens, saved data, sign-in and notices. If your app charges cards or runs code on its own to call other services, that part can't move yet. Your own domain isn't available yet either: the app gets an arovas.page address.

Keep the AI you already pay for. Arovas puts your app online.

Start free with up to 2 apps. No card, nothing to set up.
