Who we are

Arova is a service operated by MyworkIn LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States. When this policy says “Arova”, “we” or “us”, it means that company.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to run Arova for you:

• Your account: your name and email address. If you sign up with a password, we store it scrambled, so not even we can read it.
• Sign in with Google: if you choose it, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. Nothing else.
• Sign-in activity: the IP address, device, browser and approximate city and country of each sign-in, so we can warn you when someone enters your account.
• What you publish: the apps you publish, their versions, and the information those apps keep.
• Payments: your plan and payment status. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• WhatsApp notices: the phone numbers you verify to receive notices from your apps.
• Claude and ChatGPT: when you connect one of them to Arova, we keep a record of what it did on your account (for example, which app it published and when), but not the contents of your files.
• AI features: how much the AI features in your apps are used, so we can charge your balance correctly.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Create your account, sign you in and keep it secure.
• Publish your apps and keep them online.
• Charge your plan and your AI and WhatsApp balance.
• Send you emails about your account, such as sign-in codes and new sign-in notices.
• Answer you when you write to us, and fix problems.

Information from your Google account

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture. We use them only to create your account and sign you in. We never use them for advertising, never sell them and never share them, except with the providers listed below that we need to run Arova.

Arova's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The apps you publish

The apps you publish are yours, and so is the information their visitors enter. We keep and handle it on your behalf, only to run your app. If you collect personal information in your app, you are responsible for telling your visitors what you do with it.

If a visitor of your app asks us about their information, we will refer them to you.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information or share it for advertising. We only share it with providers that help us run Arova, and only what each one needs:

• Vercel: runs this website and your account panel.
• Cloudflare: runs the apps you publish and keeps their files.
• Neon: stores your account information.
• Stripe: processes payments.
• Amazon Web Services: sends our emails.
• YCloud: sends the WhatsApp notices of your apps.
• Google: lets you sign in with Google and powers the AI features. When your app uses AI, the text it sends is processed by Google.
• Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (ChatGPT): only if you connect them to Arova. They receive what you ask them to see: your apps, their status and, if you allow it, the information your apps keep.

When the law requires it

We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our users or of Arova. If Arova is ever sold or merged with another company, your information will move with it under this same policy, and we will tell you first.

Where your information is kept

Our providers keep information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. Wherever it is kept, it is protected as this policy describes.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your information and your apps within 30 days, except the payment records the law requires us to keep.

Your choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, give you a copy, or delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.

Cookies

We only use the cookies Arova needs to work: one to keep you signed in and one to remember your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Security

Every connection to Arova is encrypted, passwords are stored scrambled, and you can turn on a sign-in code sent to your email. No service is perfectly secure, so if we ever find a problem that affects your information, we will tell you.

Children

Arova is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top. If the change is important, we will also let you know by email before it applies.
