Who we are

Arova is a service operated by MyworkIn LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States. When these terms say “Arova”, “we” or “us”, they mean that company.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Arova, and old enough to sign a contract where you live to buy a paid plan. If you use Arova for a company or school, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.

Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account, including what Claude or any access key you create does on it.

What you publish

The apps you publish and their contents are yours. You give us permission to keep, copy and show them only as needed to run them and to provide Arova. That permission ends when you delete them, except for copies the law requires us to keep.

You are responsible for what you publish and for the information your app collects from its visitors. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

What is not allowed

You may not use Arova to:

• Break the law or help someone else break it.
• Publish content that deceives people, such as fake login pages, scams or apps that pretend to be another person or company.
• Collect other people's personal information without their permission.
• Spread harmful software, send spam or harass anyone.
• Publish content you do not have the right to use.
• Try to break, overload or get around the limits of Arova, or access other people's apps or accounts.
• Resell Arova or give others access to it without our permission.

Plans and payments

Arova has a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are charged monthly in US dollars through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your panel; the plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid.

The balance you add for AI features and WhatsApp notices is used as your apps use them. Payments and balance are not refundable, except where the law requires it.

If we change our prices, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies.

AI features

The AI features in your apps can give wrong or incomplete answers. Review what they produce before you rely on it, especially for important decisions.

Suspension and closing your account

If you break these terms, or if an app puts people or Arova at risk, we may take that app offline or suspend your account. When we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We delete your information as our Privacy Policy describes.

Changes to Arova

Arova keeps evolving. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something important you use, we will tell you in advance whenever we can.

Our responsibility

We work to keep Arova and your apps online and secure, but we provide Arova “as is” and cannot promise it will always work without interruptions or errors.

To the extent the law allows, Arova is not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

Your responsibility

If someone makes a claim against Arova because of what you published or how you used Arova against these terms, you agree to cover the costs that claim causes us.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Before going to court, write to us: most problems can be solved that way.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top. If the change is important, we will let you know by email before it applies. If you keep using Arova after that, you accept the new terms.
